Returns

We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy on all rings purchased through My Bridal Ring. Rings must be without engraving, and in original condition to be fully refunded. The ring must be returned with the original packaging and if a diamond certificate accompanied the order, the certificate must be returned with the original packaging or a fee will be applied.

Once your returned item is received and accepted at My Bridal Ring, your refund or new item will be processed as soon as possible.

Any items that show signs of wear, or that have been altered in any way, resized by an outside jeweler, or that have been damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Engraved rings will not be returned. Returns without a My Bridal Ring return code, and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt and sent back to the return address.

Please follow these steps when returning a diamond or a ring:

Call for a return authorization code. Make sure to print this code clearly on the return label on the outside of the box you are returning in.

Package your jewelry carefully. Please include all original packaging. Include the diamond certificate if one was sent to you. Failure to include the certificate will result in a penalty against the return amount. It is advisable not to include the words “My Bridal Ring” on the return packaging.

Insure your package. It is important you follow the guidelines of the postal carrier you choose, and purchase the correct of amount of insurance to cover the loss or damage of the package. For items worth over $10,000 it is advisable to arrange for special shipping.
